We have chosen to explore my development of the keyboard but use Matt's typographic approach. A combination of the two posters below.

Below are some examples of motion graphic videos that use techniques in a way that swiftly moves the viewer through a scene, all the while supplying them with the required information.


Above: Shows a sense of tracking and sudden/swift angle changes.


Above: I really like the moment in the Monster's Inc title sequence where the doors are used like dominos and bricks and are piled onto one another and then sequenced onto the screen to reveal the Wal Disney text. This idea of using rectangles which in our case could be piano keys is engaging and playful.

Using the idea of the ripple effect which is caused by an earthquake. Similar to a mole running under dirt, we aim to capture the movement of an earthquake and also draw the viewers eyes from left to right while doing so. This technique which uses a change in shape on an instrument's body can be applied across a range of other instruments. Below it is applied to a saxophone.
