1.1 - Group Brainstorm of Possible Subject Matter

Introducing the term's assignment, we were asked to write up as many activities/things no matter how broad that ultimately sit under one or more of the following categories; Sports & Recreation, Food & Drink, Arts & Culture. This activity was done in a group with people at my table and helped us visualize and understand the broad range of places, activities, and things in the Wellington region. I found that a large majority of our ideas were food and drink oriented and that there were a couple such as a pub crawl that could merge into almost all categories. The idea of approaching the brochure with a food and drink idea is one that sounds quite interesting, as my limited knowledge Wellington's craft beer industry provides a good opportunity to take influence from the often unique and creative brand identities.
